In most cases, the personal information that the Company collects is supplied directly by the Customer when the Customer provides Niro Ceramic Group with the Customer details, or provides feedback to Niro Ceramic Group. Please be informed that the Customer’s personal information may include the Customer name, email address, mobile phone number and postal address. In providing the Customer’s personal details, the Customer consents to Niro Ceramic Group using the data collected in order to meet the Company’s commitments to the Customer and to provide the Customer with the service the Customer expect. Niro Ceramic Group will normally contact the Customer if needed through email, or by telephone whenever necessary.

Niro Ceramic Group will only keep the Customer’s data for as long as necessary to carry out its services to the Customer or for as long as it is required to by law. After this the Customer’s personal data will be deleted. Niro Ceramic Group cannot remove the Customer data when there is a legal storage requirement, such as book-keeping rules or when there are legal grounds to keep the data, such as an on-going contractual relationship.
